Works have recently been completed on a number of projects for the East of England Co-operative Society including: new supermarkets in Acle and Harleston, refurbishment and refit of a number of Co-op Daily stores across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex, the opening of several of new East of England Funeral premises throughout East Anglia as well conversion/extension works to create 5 flats in Dovercourt, Essex and 4 flats within a listed building in Woodbridge, Suffolk.

This is part of an ongoing relationship with the East of England Co-operative Society Ltd on retail, commercial and residential developments across their extensive property portfolio.

David Clarke and Associates have undertaken works for Marriott Motor group throughout East Anglia since the group was set up and in that time have undertaken new build and refurbishment works on their Audi, Volkswagen and Skoda dealerships. The most recent projects include refits of all their VW dealerships in line with the latest corporate requirements, a major refurbishment of the Skoda dealership in Kings Lynn and a new build Audi terminal dealership in Ipswich.

Construction works have recently been completed on a new headquarters office and workshop development for Trucks ‘R’ Us Kesgrave. David Clarke and Associates worked alongside main contractor R G Carter Ipswich on this purpose built premises.
